Aerobics Class ScheduleCarolina Women's Fitness Center knows that women have very demanding schedules and need flexible hours to fit in a healthy workout. Our NETA certified trainers offer a wide variety of regularly scheduled exercise classes throughout the day for you to choose from. CLASS NOTICES Yoga class is now 1 hour Monday & Saturday at 9:00am and Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm. NEW! Body Sculpting class Thursday evenings at 6:20pm. NEW! Aerobics/Mix class each Friday at 4:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10:30am. NOTE: Aerobics & Step classes are 45 minutes - low, medium and high impact. Morning ClassesOur morning classes include Fit Ball Aerobics, Step Aerobics and our popular 30-minute Early Bird Aerobics class. And all members are invited to join the fun for our weekly Wacky Wednesday Aerobics!

Evening ClassesOur evening classes include Fit Ball Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Disco Aerobics, Intervals Aerobics and SCORE which includes stretching and core exercises. We also offer our Variety Aerobics class which includes exercises with bands, balls and bars. In addition, every Thursday we offer a Body Sculpting class!
