Aerobics Class Schedule
Carolina Women's Fitness Center knows that women have very demanding schedules and need flexible hours to fit in a healthy workout. Our NETA certified trainers offer a wide variety of regularly scheduled exercise classes throughout the day for you to choose from.

NOTE: Aerobics & Step classes are 45 minutes - low, medium and high impact.
Morning Classes
Our morning classes include Fit Ball Aerobics, Step Aerobics and our popular 45-minute Early Bird Aerobics class. And all members are invited to join the fun for our weekly Wacky Wednesday Aerobics!
