Aerobics Class Schedule
Carolina Women's Fitness Center knows that women have very demanding schedules and need flexible hours to fit in a healthy workout. Our NETA certified trainers offer a wide variety of regularly scheduled exercise classes throughout the day for you to choose from.
NOTE: Aerobics & Step classes are 45 minutes - low, medium and high impact.
Our morning classes include Weight Training, Fit Ball Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Surprise Aerobics, ZUMBA®, Line Dance, Yoga and our popular 45-minute Early Bird Aerobics class. We also offer our "Silver & Fit" class on Wednesdays as well as "Silver Sneakers" class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our evening classes include A.O.D. DVD Workouts, Aerobics/Mix, Cardio Sculpt, ZUMBA® and Body Sculpting!
